Dragon lullaby

Claws of steel and iron skin,
Not sword not axe can do harm to him,
Fire breath and golden eyes,
He will win fight! Not otherwise.

But when you dive in his golden eyes,
Just beauty and goodness you can find,
He is so mean and fearful outward,
But kind and gentle deep in his heart.

Dragon of fire, red as a flare,
For greatness and wisdom he is aware,
Just if you let him restrain your fear,
Happy and free, your soul will cheer,

Hurray, hurray, I am free at last,
All irons, all chains are gone in the blast
Now I can fly, to the moon and sky,
Magic of fancy will take me that high.
Now I can widen my wings and fly,
Song of the Dragon is my lullaby.
